Hello…
My name is David and as of writing this, which is fairly early in the life span of this blog I weigh a measly 56.4kg, or 124 pounds for you non-metric folk out there. Through my writing (and whatever other mediums I choose to use) I feel like I can add some worthy conversations to the skinny guy-sphere that has ballooned over the past few years online.
Fitness has not been a big part of my life (aside from playing a few sports like soccer and baseball when I was younger – but I wasn’t very good), and I feel that can give me a more even-handed and realistic perspective that is unfortunately lacking in this space.
Plus, because of my die-hard obsession with technology, philosophy, psychology, and simplicity my approaches to certain aspects of muscle building may be a tad more varied or focused on the mental or “inner game” side of things.’
Track My Progress
Using Skinnyr.com I’ve generated this graph to show my weight gain progress. I’m fairly lazy about updating it, but when I do you should be able to see a nice upward trend in how much I weigh.
