As I do everyday I was reading through some blog posts that found their way onto my radar, and an article titled 15 Scientifically Proven Tips and Tricks to Eat Less captured my attention.
Straight away my mind went to the thought, how could I rework that information to eat more? (Which is what most ectomorphs struggle with.) For example, here’s one of the easiest ideas to use to our advantage:
7. Servings: We generally eat 92% of what we serve ourselves. Obviously, we aren’t feeling whether we are hungry or not. We’re judging by our plates. Trick: Use smaller plates, dishes and glasses. We drink more from a wider glass than a taller glass so use taller glasses instead of wider ones.
That’s fascinating information and what does it tell you? That if you want to eat more make your servings sizes bigger – just make sure you don’t waste the food you don’t eat (which will increase using this method) and instead wrap it up for later consumption.
Anyways, because I’m somewhat lazy and it’s best if you use your own noggin, read the post I linked to and see how you can flip the ideas around to eat more. Plus, when you do this yourself, since your making use of your creativity the ideas will be firmly embedded in your brain and thus more likely to be acted upon when needed.
